JUNIOR / GRADUATE HOSPITALITY INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are seeking a talented, curious and creatively ambitious Junior / Graduate Interior Designer with a passion for hospitality and a strong visual sensibility.

This is an opportunity to develop your skills within an award-winning international design studio, contributing to projects ranging from distinctive restaurants and bars to exceptional hotels. You will work closely with experienced designers, gaining exposure to the creative and technical aspects of interior design, from initial concept development through to detailed design and delivery.

The ideal candidate will be imaginative, resourceful, proactive and highly organised, with a willingness to learn, an eye for detail and the confidence to contribute ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to concept development, visual research, mood boards and creative presentations.

• Assist with spatial planning, furniture layouts and interior design development.

• Produce drawings, 3D models, visuals and presentation materials.

• Research and source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and decorative objects.

• Assist with FF&E development, specifications, schedules and technical documentation.

• Support the preparation of detailed design packages and coordinate information with project teams.

• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and consultants, with guidance from senior designers.

• Collaborate creatively and effectively within the studio, taking ownership of assigned tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Essential

• Degree or recognised qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual communication and spatial design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong visual sensibility and a genuine passion for interiors, materials and design.

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.

Desirable

• Internship or previous experience within an interior design studio.

• Proficiency in SketchUp and AI visualisation tools.

• Interest in hospitality, furniture, lighting and bespoke design.
