We are delighted to be working once again with Dishoom co-founder Amar Radia on Kong, a new Chinese Public House in Shoreditch.

Set within the former Water Poet, Kong brings together the enduring character of the East London pub with the rich, regional traditions of Chinese cooking. Led by two-Michelin-starred chef Andrew Wong, it will offer an all-day experience
