Afroditi is leading the interior design for the brand’s flagship outpost. Originally from Lima, Peru, Afroditi brings her creative vision to the much-loved brand as it prepares to open in the vibrant heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market. Inspired by the district’s booming gastronomic scene, Afroditi embraced a design approach rooted in cultural authenticity and sensorial richness, creating an experience that celebrates the heritage site’s beauty.
